Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our car pool app. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our app.
1. User Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old to use our car pool app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and throughout their use of the app.
2. Car Pool Services
- Our app provides a platform for users to connect and arrange car pool rides with other users.
- Users are solely responsible for arranging the details of their car pool rides, including pickup and drop-off locations, payment arrangements, and any other relevant considerations.
3. User Conduct
- Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our car pool app.
- Users must treat each other with respect and refrain from engaging in any behavior that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful.
- Users are responsible for their own actions and interactions with other users. We do not assume any liability for user conduct or any disputes that may arise between users.
4. Payment and Fees
- Users may be required to provide valid payment information to use certain car pool services through our app.
- Users agree to pay any applicable fees, including car pool fares and cancellation fees, as outlined in the app's payment terms.
- The car pool fares and cancellation fees may vary depending on factors such as distance, time, and demand.
5. User Cancellation
- If a user cancels a car pool ride at least 5 hours before the scheduled pickup time, cancellation fee amounting to the convenience fee will be charged.
- If a user cancels a car pool ride within 5 hours of the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee may be applicable. The exact fee amount will be specified during the cancellation process and will vary depending on the circumstances.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
- We strive to provide a reliable and efficient car pool app, but we are not in situation to guarantee the availability, safety, or quality of the car pool services.
- We do not assume any liability for the actions, conduct, or negligence of users, including drivers and passengers.
- Users are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution when using the app and engaging in car pool rides.
7. Intellectual Property
- The car pool app and all its contents, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, are the property of the app owners and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without the prior written consent of the app owners.
8. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the car pool app at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
- Users may also terminate their use of the app at any time by deleting their account and ceasing to use the services.
9. Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.
- Continued use of the car pool app after any modifications to the Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the car pool app operates.
