   c. Users are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution when using the app and engaging in car pool rides.

7. Intellectual Property:

   a. The car pool app and all its contents, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, are the property of the app owners and are protected by intellectual property laws.

   b. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without the prior written consent of the app owners.

8. Termination:

   a. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the car pool app at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.

   b. Users may also terminate their use of the app at any time by deleting their account and ceasing to use the services.
