JusPool is operated by SJO Consultants (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Introduction

JusPool is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

2. Information we collect

  • Personal info: Name and phone number, for identification and communication.
  • Location data: Collected only during active trips, for ride matching and navigation.
  • Trip data: Stored temporarily, for ride history and dispute resolution.
  • Install source: If you install JusPool from a partner’s link, the name of that partner or campaign, used only to measure our marketing.

3. How we use your information

  • Matching riders.
  • Sending trip notifications.
  • Facilitating communication.
  • Customer support.

4. Control over your data

  • Stop sharing location by ending a trip.
  • Account deletion removes personal data.

5. Account & data deletion

You can request deletion of your JusPool account and associated data at any time, from within the app (More → Delete Account) or by emailing support@juspool.com. When you request deletion, your account is closed immediately and permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period, during which you may cancel by contacting us. We delete your profile information, ride history, saved locations, coupons, referral data, and login credentials. Records of financial transactions are retained in anonymized form (with personal identifiers removed) only as required for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes. Any remaining wallet balance is refunded before the account is permanently deleted. Full instructions: juspool.com/account-deletion.

6. Data storage & security

  • Data is stored securely and encrypted.
  • Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
  • Data is retained only as needed for the service or for legal compliance.

7. Children’s privacy

Children under 18 are not permitted to use the app. If a child has registered, knowingly or unknowingly, contact us to delete the account.

8. Sharing information

Information is shared only with co-riders during trips. We do not share information with third parties for marketing.

This policy may change based on legal requirements or business needs.
