How it works

Three steps to a cheaper commute

No new cab service to learn. JusPool just finds you company for the ride you already take.

Enter your route

Add your pickup and drop, like home to office, and the time you want to leave.

Join a pool

See pools of people going the same way at the same time, and request to join the one that fits.

Share the cab

Coordinate in the in-app chat, book one cab on your usual app, ride together and split the fare.

Why JusPool

Built for the daily office run

Riding alone in a cab every day adds up. Sharing with people on your route doesn’t.

Pay only your share

Four people in one cab means each pays a slice of the fare instead of the whole bill. A small pool fee keeps JusPool running.

Your number stays private

Co-riders talk through in-app chat. Phone numbers aren’t shared.

Minimal detours

You’re matched with people on your route. Pickups and drops may add a short detour of up to about 2 km.

Same time, every day

Find regular pools at your usual office times and ride with familiar faces.

Commuters like you

JusPool is for adults 18+. Every rider signs in with a verified mobile number.

Plan it in one place

Pickup point, timing, who’s booking — sort it all out in the pool chat before you leave.

FAQ

Good to know

Does JusPool book the cab?

No. JusPool matches you with people going the same way. One person in the pool books the cab on the app you already use, and everyone shares the fare.

Will the cab take detours?

Only short ones. You’re matched with people on your route, but picking up or dropping off a co-rider can add a small detour, usually up to about 2 km.

How much does it cost?

You pay your share of the cab fare plus a small pool fee shown in the app before you join. The fee is how JusPool keeps the service running.

Will co-riders see my phone number?

No. You talk to your co-riders through chat inside the app, so your phone number stays private.

Who can use JusPool?

Anyone aged 18 or older with a mobile number. JusPool is designed for people with a regular commute, like the trip to and from the office.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel from the app. Cancellation charges depend on how close to pickup time you cancel. See the Cancellation Policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

Go to More → Delete Account in the app, or follow the steps on the Account Deletion page.

Stop paying the full fare alone.
