JusPool is operated by SJO Consultants (“we”, “us”, “our”).
This page explains how to request deletion of your JusPool account, what data is removed, and what is retained. You can request deletion from inside the app or, if you no longer have the app installed, by email.
How to request deletion
- Open the JusPool app and go to More / Settings (or the Wallet screen).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation, type
DELETE, and confirm.
Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out.
Email support@juspool.com from the email address linked to your account, with:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Your registered mobile number (the one you sign in with)
We may contact you to verify that the account is yours before processing the request.
What happens after you request deletion
- Your account is closed immediately and can no longer be used to sign in.
- It is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period, so you can recover it if the request was accidental or unauthorised.
- To cancel within the 30 days, contact support@juspool.com.
- Any remaining wallet balance is refunded to you before the account is permanently deleted.
Data that is deleted
- Profile information — name, email, phone number, profile photo, and any KYC details.
- Ride and pool history, and your saved locations.
- Coupons and referral information linked to you.
- Your login credentials.
Data that is retained (anonymized)
For accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations, records of financial transactions — wallet recharges and pool payments, including payment reference IDs and amounts — are retained with all personal identifiers removed (name, phone number, email, and addresses are stripped). These records can no longer be linked back to you, and are kept only for the period required by applicable financial and tax regulations.
